Crawford Hoying is planning to construct a 134-room AC Hotel as part an overall redevelopment plan for a mixed use project. The AC will be located next to the Dragons Stadium, in the Water Street Distrct of East First Street in Dayton Ohio. The new hotel will be almost 90,000 square feet in total, and will include a lounge, media library, fitness center, and flexible meeting spaces. It will also feature a 6,100 square foot rooftop restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor patios. This restaurant-bar will offer views of the riverfront, and downtown Dayton. The rooftop will also include a 1,700 square foot private event space with a connected 800 square foot private outdoor terrace, which will be made available for weddings or corporate events.
