Developers HCW and Caesars Entertainment Corporation have started construction of the 265 guestroom Caesars Republic Hotel in Scottsdale Arizona which is scheduled to open in January 2022. The hotel is located at the southeast corner of Goldwater Blvd and Highland Ave at Fashion Square. The hotel will include an elevated pool lounge and dining concept, Seven (SVN), on its seventh floor. For special events, Caesars Republic Scottsdale will house a 7,000-square-foot column-free ballroom with 34-foot sliding glass doors which open onto the lawn for outdoor events hosting up to 600 people. The hotel will be operated by HCW Hospitality and Aimbridge Hospitality. The restaurant will be managed by Riot Hospitality Group. The hotel project team includes BRP Architects, Studio 11 Interior Design and Layton Construction. Richard Huffman is CEO of HCW.
