Now developers are planning a new hotel plan at 14831 Military Road S. to be built by property owner DAMAC LLC and David White of IHB Architects. The project team also includes: Furr Engineering Service PLLC, Holmvig, Dewitt, Gallion & Assoc LLC & Main Street Designs The city of SeaTac is now conducting a SEPA review for the proposed five-story, 88-room Candlewood Suites. The public comment period ends June 14.
