Developers John P Drew, CEO of The Drew Co & Brian McGowan, president of Centennial Yards Co (CIM Group) is making progress on the 261 guestroom, 14 story hotel located at Centennial Yards in Atlanta, Georgia. Construction of the hotel topped out in the 4th quarter of 2025 and a selected to be apart of the Virgin Hotels brand. Among Virgin Hotels’ amenities will be a rooftop bar and lounge, a large pool deck with 10 private cabanas and an adjacent event lawn. For indoor events, the hotel will offer three rooms with approximately 2,900 square feet of flexible meeting space. Foster + Partners and Perkins & Will are the project Architects. Gensler and SHAPE are project designers. The Virgin Hotel Centennial Yards is planned to open in 2027.
