Cobblestone Hotels plans to construct a four-story, 62 guest room hotel in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. Cobblestone is proposing to build the hotel on the West Waterfront along East Maple Street in Tax Increment District. The project is estimated to cost $11,166,000.
