Luckey’s Management broke ground on a 160 guestroom dual-branded Fairfield Inn & Towneplace Suites hotel in Miramar, Florida after obtaining a $27 million construction loan. Banesco USA provided financing to Miramar Park Hotels LLC, led by Sandy Patel and Aevin Sanjay of Luckey’s Management for the 3.56-acre site at 11020 Marks Way. Geroge White Architect designed the hotel. The project will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027.
