Developers Kaylan Hospitality and CRDR Hospitality Group are planning to build a 102 guestroom TownPlace Suites hotel for Courthouse Landing at 6650 Courthouse Landing Lane in Richmond, Virginia. The hotel would be built at the corner of Courthouse and Iron Bridge roads in Chesterfield County. The extended stay hotel would include full kitchens in each suite, as well as a fitness center and pool. Site Design Co. is the project’s civil engineer, and Design Enclave Consultants is the designer. Nick Patel is CEO of Kalyan. Raj Patel is CEO of CRDR. Construction is planned to start in the 2nd quarter of 2026.
