Developer Plamondon Hospitality Partners have completed the purchases of all three land parcels in downtown Frederick, Maryland required to build the downtown hotel and conference center project. The Frederick Downtown Hotel and Conference Center at Carroll Creek is a planned Marriott-branded hotel at the corner of East Patrick Street and South Carroll Street. The development will include: 204 hotel rooms creating 74,460 room nights in downtown Frederick. 26,100 square feet of rentable meeting and pre-function space. 4 food and beverage outlets, including a rooftop lounge. 2,670 square feet of retail space. 200 on-site public and hotel guest parking spaces. The $103.5 million project will begin construction in the fall of 2025 and open in the fall of 2027.
