Hotel Company Level Hotels & Furnished Suites has begun construction on a 56-room hotel at 352 N. Union St. in the Fulton Market District of Chicago Illinois. Onni Group, Level’s parent company, is the developer for the new hotel and owns The Emily Hotel, 311 N. Morgan St., also in Fulton Market. Other Chicago-area Level hotels include Level Chicago-River North and Level Chicago-Old Town. The Fulton Market hotel will include studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom suites as well as 177 parking spaces. It is planned for a spring 2023 completion.
