Developer Seva Hospitality, is proposing to build an extended stay Live Smart Studios by Hilton hotel at 5935-5495 Merchant St. in Florence, Kentucky. The four story hotel would be 62,000 square feet and have 99 guest rooms with a 97-space parking lot. The project is currently is being reviewed by the county planning commission. Seva Hospitality’s managing partner is Ravi Narsinghani. They also own and manage the Comfort Suites and Staybridge Suites in Florence.
