The Hilton Conrad Hotel at Evermore Resort in Orlando Florida has broken ground. The Conrad Hotel will have access to a 20 acre tropical beach complex with a Crystal Lagoons water amenity. The area includes zero entry swim areas, bars, cabanas, private fire pits and an aquatic adventure area with waterslide, rope swing and various water sports of all types. The hotel is part of a $500 million first phase that includes: 69 vacation rental homes with five to 11 bedrooms, 76 four bedroom vacation rental units, 41 two and bedroom vacation rental villas, recreational amenities including water features, restaurants and meeting space. The project is being developed by Dart Interests. The hotel will be managed by Hilton Worldwide. The architect is HKS and the general contractors is PCL Construction.
