The four-story, 132 guestrooms Home2 Suites branded hotel would be located on empty land visible from Interstate 5. Rooms would consist of 89 king studios, four king with one bedroom, 32 queen rooms, one accessible king studio, two accessible queen rooms and four accessible king rooms with one bedroom. Sizes range from 587 to 344 square feet. The hotel would be a fitness center, outdoor pool and small market, a small kitchen and food prep area. The lobby includes a seating area for meals. There would be 129 parking stalls, including 51 either with electric vehicle charging capability or capable of adding chargers. The property is owned by Vasilj of Roseville. HRGA Architects in designing the project. If would total 70,000 square feet with its primary entrance facing south, towards Duckhorn.
