Developer Myers Group is planning a mixed use development called the Ovation in the Orlando, Florida area that would include an entertainment district, and multiple hotels. The 77 acre project would be located at the I-4 interchange with U.S. 192 in Kissimmee. The project would include three hotels with 675 guestrooms, two parking garages, 700,000 sf of dining, retail and entertainment. The tallest building would be a full service hotel with 350 guestrooms. The two other hotels would be select service with 150 and 175 guestrooms. The developer has filed plans with Osceola County for compliance review. RJ Whidden & Associates is designing the project’s master plan.
