Developer VK Group has broken ground on the construction of a 142 guest room hotel Indigo Hotel located at 515 N Central Ave in Glendale, Arizona. The project calls for the construction of a seven-story building with amenities such as a pool deck, a fitness room, meeting rooms, and a 137-car underground garage. AC Martin Architects is designing the hotel.
