Developers Matrix Hotels and BDC Group are proposing the Hemlock Wood project in Saratoga Springs, New York. Located on South Broadway near Crescent Avenue, the project would include a 120-room hotel, 128 apartments across five buildings, and 9,800 square feet of retail space. The proposal was presented to the Saratoga Springs Planning Board on July 30. Bhavik Jariwala is principal and chief growth officer of Matrix Hotels.
