Developer Four Points LLC is proposing to build a project that would include a 285,000-square-foot, 28-story building comprising 225 hotel rooms, 32 luxury residential condos, 4,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and an underground parking garage. The project would be located at: 7901 Westpark Drive in McLean, Virginia. The condos would occupy the top one-third of the proposed building’s floors, with the hotel on the floors below. A bar/club lounge would go on the top floor. Hirschler Fleischer is the project’s land use attorney. Arquitectonica and Oculus are its architect and landscape architect.
