Proposed by HMC Development and designed by BRR Architecture the hotel would be located at: 2270 Del Paso Road, southeast of Del Paso and Truxel Rd. The WoodSpring Suites would be on a little over 2 acres and have a fitness center, on-site guest laundry and vending machines. The majority of the rooms, would be suites with either one or two queen-sized beds.
