Dream Hotel Group is planning a 19 story, 207 guestroom Dream hotel atop the southern portion of historic Masonic Temple at Euclid Ave and East 36 th Street in Cleveland Ohio. The hotel will include multiple dining and nightlife venues, a fitness center and 100,000 square feet of meeting and event space. A 400 space garage will be added and a 2,300 seat theater. Beaty Capital Group Inc is developing the project and owns the complex. Lance Beaty is president of Beaty Capital Group. Jay Stein is CEO of Dream Hotel Group. The project represents a $60 million investment. Construction on the $85 Million JW Marriott Hotel is Dallas Arts district is expected to begin in July by developer Sam Moon group. Located across from the newly renovated Trammell Crow Center, the estimated $85 million 15-story hotel will be built on a pre-existing 10-level parking garage. The future downtown Dallas hotel is part of a more than $140 million redevelopment of the three-plus decade-old office tower. HKS, architecture firm, is head designer on the 283-room hotel. Amenities will include a 25,000-square-foot grand ballroom and meeting space, spa, restaurant, lobby bar, fitness center, and a rooftop pool deck and bar. A restaurant will be located within the sky lobby on the 11th floor of the hotel and will feature a large indoor and outdoor seating area facing the Dallas Museum of Art. Developers HCW and Caesars Entertainment Corporation have started construction of the 265 guestroom Caesars Republic Hotel in Scottsdale Arizona which is scheduled to open in January 2022. The hotel is located at the southeast corner of Goldwater Blvd and Highland Ave at Fashion Square. The hotel will include an elevated pool lounge and dining concept, Seven (SVN), on its seventh floor. For special events, Caesars Republic Scottsdale will house a 7,000-square-foot column-free ballroom with 34-foot sliding glass doors which open onto the lawn for outdoor events hosting up to 600 people. The hotel will be operated by HCW Hospitality and Aimbridge Hospitality. The restaurant will be managed by Riot Hospitality Group. Greywolf Partners is planning to build a Comfort Suites hotel in Cottage Grove Wisconsin that was recently approved by the Cottage Grove Village Board. The five-story, 82-room hotel would be 57,000 square feet and be built on Landmark Drive, immediately south of the strip mall, also owned by Greywolf. The Cedars Lodge and Spa is planned for 211 Seventh Avenue W in downtown Hendersonville North Carolina renovating the historic 1914 Cedars building. The existing Chariot cafeteria and meeting space will be demolished and replaced with two five-story buildings & underground parking deck. The project is being developed by Shipman Trust managed by Tom Shipman with Tamara Peacock Architects performing the design. The scope includes the historical restoration of the Cedars building, restoring it into a boutique hotel, and preserving the west lawn. A $750 million mixed use project is planned for the Market District in Dos Moines Iowa that will include a n indoor/outdoor concert venue with a lawn and rooftop viewing area. A proposed beachfront Boardwalk Belhaven Hotel is set to go before the Rehoboth Beach Delaware Planning Commission for the Friday, June 12 meeting. The proposed hotel, located at 2 Rehoboth Ave sits on a lot that stretches east a few hundred feet and south to Wilmington Avenue. The new hotel is being proposed by property owners John and Alex Papajohn. A mixed use Guenoc Valley resort & winery with multiple hotels, restaurants, residential units and commercial space is being planned at 16,000 acres in southeastern Lake County, California. Lotusland Investment Group is planning the project along with partners Adrian Zecha of Aman Resorts and Jonathan Breene of Setai Resorts. The project is composed of 49 parcels totaling 25 square miles at 22000 Butts Canyon Road in Middletown.  The five-phase project, includes 400 hotel rooms, 450 resort residential units, 1,400 residential estates and 500 workforce co-housing units. The first phase is expected to take 10 years to build. Burbank Hotel-Apartment Project Planned
LaTerra Development and QuadReal Property Group plans to begin work this year on a $375 million mixed use project that will include 573 apartments in two towers and a seven story 307 guestroom hotel. The project is located at 777 N.  Front Street along I-5 next to the Metrolink rail station in Burbank California. Urban Architecture Lab and TCA Architects are designing the project.
