A Hyatt Studios hotel is being planned for Danville, Virginia on the Dan River. The project is being proposed by Dan Hotel River St. LLC, and will include a four-story, 120 guest room Hyatt Studio at 100 River St., near the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Bridge and the YMCA. The lot is currently a brownfield site, or a former industrial or commercial property. The proposed Hyatt is projected to be a $30 million investment and represents a joint venture between Lansing Melbourne Group and 1st and Main Development. Rory Dowling, is owner of 1st and Main Development.

Developer NCG Hospitality is planning to build a new Marriott branded Moxy Hotel in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Designed by GBA Architecture the seven story hotel will include 156 guestrooms and be located at the corner of State Street and Vel R Phillips Ave. Amenities at the hotel will include a lounge and bar with limited food offerings and a fitness area. Construction will start in late 2025 and be completed in the spring of 2027.
