Wesara Associates LLC is planning to build a Tru by Hilton Hotel in Sanford, North Carolina. The hotel would be located along highways 42 and 421 east of town is Lee County.   Jeremy Thomas, of Sanford-based J Thomas Engineering Inc., has submitted an application to the Sanford/Lee County/Broadway technical review committee to build a 100-room hotel on 5 acres where Highway 42 meets Highway 421.
