A proposed boutique hotel in Worthington Ohio adjacent to the historic Snow House property at 41 W. New England Ave. is another step closer to development. The property was added to the city’s Community Reinvestment Area by Worthington City Council on Feb. 7, clearing the way for developers to apply for a property-tax abatement from the city. By doing so, developers could receive up to a 75% property-tax abatement on the property. The hotel is being planned by Kevin Royhans of the New England Development Company. The project would include 50 guestrooms.
