Developer Plamondon Hospitality Partners is planning to build a hotel and conference center at the former site of the Frederick News Post on East Patrick Street in downtown Frederick, Maryland. The proposed five story, 150,281 sf, 208 guest room, full-service Marriott hotel would have more than 22,000 square feet of public meeting, restaurant, and bar/lounge space and a 250-space below-ground parking garage.
