Mazas Development is planning to build a mixed-use development including boutique hotel off Main Street in Dunedin, Florida called the Main Street Exchange. The project will convert a vacant building and parking lot at 830 Douglas Ave. into an 89 guestroom hotel, food hall and market, a restaurant, retail space and theater. The first phase of the project will include a 318-space structured parking garage with 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. The project is being designed by Mazas Pantazes Architecture and Design. Mazas Development is led by Bill Mazas.
