CN Hotels is planning a 120-room hotel on a one-acre site at the southwest corner of Evans Street and Reade Circle in downtown Greenville, North Carolina. The new construction project is in the pre-construction stage with an estimated value of $22 million. The property, located one block from East Carolina University, currently contains a 2,217-square-foot former restaurant building. Greenville Hotel LLC acquired the site in March 2026 for approximately $1.5. The project could be completed within two years. A hotel brand has not yet been selected.
