Developer Southwest Value Partners submitted plans for an 817-guestroom hotel at Nashville Yards in Tennessee. The hotel would be built on a 1.10-acre site in the heart of the Nashville Yards development. The site for the future hotel is currently a large plaza space located in front of The Pinnacle music venue and next to the CAA office building, with a working address of 0 Commerce St. The hotel would include 10,820 square feet of restaurant and retail space, as well as meeting space and a rooftop venue. HKS architects is designing the project.
