Developer Summa Development Group plans to build a 33-story skyscraper with a JW Marriott-branded hotel on a 1.5-acre site located at 319 E Church St in downtown Orlando, Florida. The new tower is expected to have 228 hotel guestrooms, 129 condos, two restaurants, a conference center and an integrated parking garage. The project is being designed by DLR Group.
