The development will be located at the southwest corner of 183A Toll and FM 2243 in Leander Texas. A 4-acre lagoon will be the center of the proposed project. A hotel and conference center are also planned. Peter Verdicchio with SEC Planning LLC is representing the development group. STG Architects is designing the project. Liz Ferry with RW Harden & Associates has been hired as a water expert for the lagoon development which will be built by Crystal Lagoons. In total the project will cost over $1 billion to develop.
