A mixed use project including a hotel and apartment is planned for Laura Street in downtown Jacksonville Florida. Developer South East Development Group will build the 11-story, 160,000-square-foot building adjacent to the Florida Life Building, which will have 166 mixed-income apartment units. The $165 million project will also include a 142 guestroom Autograph Collection Hotel by Marriott. Dasher Hurst Architects, Danis Construction, Pyramid Hotel Group and Piper Sandler & Co. are partnering with South East Development on the project.
