The Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas Nevada which was recently purchased by Hard Rock International is planning to renovate the 3,044 guestroom hotel and casino and build a new 600 guestroom guitar shaped hotel tower along Las Vegas Blvd and convert the property into the Hard Rock brand. Jennifer Lazovich of Kaempher Crowell is the project’s representative. Hard Rock is owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. The Mirage’s real estate is owned by Vici Properties which leases the land to Hard Rock for $90 million per year.
