A new hotel is planned to be build in downtown Goodyear, Arizona. The new AC Hotel by Marriott will have 135 guest rooms land located at Goodyear’s GSQ mixed-use development south of city hall and library along McDowell Road. The hotel will include modern guest rooms targeted to business and leisure travelers and will include a lounge, bar, dining options, business center and outdoor pool. It will also have 1,200 square feet of meeting space. Baywood Hotels is the developer. The hotel will be complete in 2026.
