A $30 million boutique hotel is planned for Canton Street, near restaurants and shops in historic downtown Roswell, Georgia. The 125 guest room Chambray Hotel would start construction in May 2024. The five-story hotel would be located at the intersection of Alpharetta Highway and Fraser Street, just north of the Southern Post mixed-use project. The hotel would include a rooftop restaurant, 24-hour market and valet services. Swinerton is the project general contractor. The developer is a joint venture of DSM Real Estate Partners and GarageCap. Indigo Road Hospitality Group would manage the hotel that would be branded as a JDV by Hyatt. Matt Michell Design is the project Architect.
