Developer Fallon Co. plans a hotel tower beside Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee. The 600-room hotel will include 75 suites, 20,000 square feet of retail space, and 35,000 square feet of event space. A fourth-level outdoor terrace will feature a pool, and three levels of underground parking will provide roughly 500 spaces. The top of the building will have a distinctive structural design and house a food and beverage concept. Fallon CEO Michael Fallon leads the project, with Brasfield & Gorrie as general contractor. Opening is planned for December 2030.
