Developers Champion Hospitality LLC, Holmes Legacy Partners and Keller Development, are proposing a mixed use project on eight acres east of downtown Sanford, North Carolina off Broadway Road by U.S. 421 Bypass that would include a 98 guestroom Tru by Hilton hotel. Jeremy Thomas, of J Thomas Engineering Inc is the design engineer for the project. Carter Keller, is managing partner of Keller Development.
