Freeman Companies is planning to build a 70 room hotel and restaurant for a coastal area off the intersection of route 54 and Bennett Ave near Fenwick Island in Sussex County Delaware. The project is currently in pre-planning. There will be a public hearing on June 10th 2021 for project feedback.
