Developer Carroll Cos is building a 159 guestroom 9-story AC Hotel by Marriott at the Parkside project in downtown Greensboro, North Carolina. The hotel located at 235 N Eugene Street would include a restaurant and bar space. The project’s second phase will include 337 upscale apartments, 16,000 square feet of retail space and 4,500 square feet of event space. Hoar Construction LLC is the general contractor. Roy Carroll is the CEO of Carroll Cos.
