Innisfree Hotels has broken ground on a new Hampton Inn & Suites on Via De Luna Drive in Pensacola Beach, Florida, at the former Clarion Hotel site, which was destroyed by Hurricane Ivan. The 185,000-square-foot hotel will feature 215 rooms, direct beach access, a large pool with waterslides and a lazy river, poolside food-and-beverage venues, expanded breakfast areas, more than 4,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, a private event patio, and a two-story restaurant and bar. Ted Ent is CEO of Innisfree Hotels. Construction is expected to be completed in early 2028.
