Methodist Healthcare Ministries & MHM Realco plans to develop a 250-room dual-branded Hilton hotel in San Antonio’s South Texas Medical Center as part of a 16-acre mixed-use project called Ministry Park. The hotel will include discounted rooms for low-income families traveling for medical care and will operate as a Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites by Hilton. Construction is expected to begin this year, with a projected opening in late 2028 or early 2029. The project is estimated to cost about $38 million.
