Wellpointe Inc. is planning Viva, a $2 billion mixed-use project in the Woodland Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The 2.2 million-square-foot development will include more than 3,000 hotel-style private bedrooms for senior residents, along with shared kitchens, community spaces, balconies, and a sky terrace. Wellpointe is finalizing the project designs and working to secure financing. Gensler is designing the project, and Swinerton is leading preconstruction. The project is expected to break ground in mid-2027 and open in 2029. George Kutnerian is Wellpointe’s co-founder and CEO.
