An AC Hotel by Marriott is planned to be built in the city of Alpharetta Georgia. The city Design Review Board approved site plans April 17 for the hotel, that will have 140 rooms, in the Northwinds Summit node of Alpharetta. The hotel, located near Haynes Bridge Road and Summit Place, will span almost 79,000 square feet and will be six stories tall. The hotel is being designed by Reese Vanderbilt & Associates and being developed by Kerioth Corporation.
