An empty office building near Cathedral Square in downtown Milwaukee Wisconsin would be renovated and converted to a boutique hotel proposed by owner Van Buren Management led by CEO, Joel Lee and designed by architecture firm Rinka. Matt Rinka is managing partner at Rinka. The building is located at 790 N. Jackson Street. Planning is in the early stages and details such as room count are still being determined.
