A new hotel is being proposed on Colorado Blvd at the former Cordon Blue building and the parking lot across the street from Urth Café in Pasadena California at: 550-566 E Colorado Blvd. The proposal calls for an 85 foot tall, six story AC Marriott hotel with 195 guestrooms, with ground floor retail and dining space. The hotel is being proposed by the Welcome Group Inc. The site is owned by Chafles Company.
