Construction of the 120 guestroom, 86,335 square foot hotel is to begin next month and take two years to complete. The property is being developed by Allen Sigmon Real Estate Group, whose principles are Lance Sigmon and Brad Allen along with Total Management Systems, led by development manager, Adriana Gronager. The project is being designed by Base Architects & Engineers.
