Construction has started on a Cambria Suites Hotel in downtown Minneapolis Minnesota. JR Hospitality and Hawkeye Hotels are partners on the project. Bob Patel is CEO of Hawkeye Hotels. Jay Bharkta is managing partner of JR Hospitality. The 100-room, six-story property will be located in the heart of Downtown Minneapolis at Hawthorne Avenue and N. 11 th St and contains 1,300 sf of meeting space. Base 4 Architects & Engineers designed the project. Stahl Construction Company is the general contractor.
