Developer Emrich Hotels LLC has started construction of a dual branded hotel in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. The $23 million project at 325 W. Morris St will include an 85 guestroom Avid Hotel and 54 guestroom Candlewood Suites. Prince Alexander Architecture is designing the project. Midwest Construction Group is the general contractor.
