HSL Properties owner of The Hotel Arizona located at 181 W. Broadway is planning a $45 million renovation project the would convert to property to a Hyatt Regency hotel with 296 guestrooms, a restaurant, fitness center, spa and 20,000 square feet of meeting space. HSL Properties President, Omar Mireles is currently working with Hyatt on the design plans. The owner plans to select a construction manager to complete the project as-well as FF&E suppliers.
