A new Hampton Inn by Hilton is planned for downtown Fort Myers, Florida. The four-story Hampton Inn will be on Cleveland Avenue, and will feature 118 rooms, an outdoor pool and patio area, a flexible boardroom and a fitness center. Built on a two-acre lot, the 65,000 square foot building will be an infill lot development that will take about one year to complete before it opens to guests. Construction is expected to begin later this month, after a groundbreaking ceremony. The builder is Firmo Construction in partnership with hospitality and development group, HOS Management. Firmo Construction and HOS Management will work with architecture and engineering team Base4 and civil engineering team Morris Depew on the project.
