Construction is expected to start in 2023 and be completed in 2025. Mark Davis, chief executive Sun Hill Properties Inc. owns the hotel and is planning the expansion. Developer Sun Hill intends to add 395 new rooms to the 24-story hotel’s existing 495 suites by building the new addition on an adjacent site.
