The Crown Point Planing Commission is reviewing plans for a proposed hotel on the east side of Crown Point Indiana. Developer DVG Inc. plans to build a Hampton Inn near the intersection of 109 th and Delaware Parkway. The developer would like to start construction in April 2020, pending approval from the city and the Lake County Drainage Board. The four-story, 57,000-square-foot Hampton Inn would have 95 rooms, including eight suites, and an indoor pool. Partners in the project include: Good Hospitality Services and BR2C Development. Construction will be completed in early 2021.
