Two proposals will redevelop the site of the Cabana Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale Florida into a hotel and residential buildings. Florida Holdings LP proposed a 10-story, 124 room hotel and include 6 condos, a pool, spa and 3,750 sf restaurant. Across the street from the hotel developers are planning 37 multifamily units and 162 space garage to service the hotel and apartments. The projects are located at 3001 & 3018 Harbor Drive. The site of previously occupied by the Bahia Cabana Beach Resort, closed in 2017 due to Hurricane Irma. Adache Group Architects is designing the project.
