The Water Club, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City New Jersey is planning a $55 million redesign and rebranding. The property will renovate its 757 guestrooms and suites and the Water Club will be rebranded as the MGM Tower.  MGM bought the Borgata in 2016 which opened in 2008. The property includes 27,000 square feet of meeting and event space, two indoor pools, two outdoor pools and five retail shops. The renovation will add new luxury vista suites to the property the will include large living space and dining areas with a private bedroom and two bathrooms with wraparound views of the Atlantic City skyline.  Corey Sanders is the COO of MGM Resorts International.  MGM Resorts International Design Group and RVD Associates are the project’s interior designers. Travis Lunn, is President and COO of the Borgata. The Borgata includes 2,000 guestrooms, 106m000 square feet of meeting space, 161,000 square feet of gaming space and a 2,400 seat event center.
