Pelzer Hospitality is project partner and will manage the hotel for the developers who plan to break ground in spring of this year. Steve Pelzer is CEO of Pelzer Hospitality. Other development partners include Bayer Properties, Azul Hospitality, Reno Engineering and DLW Architects. The 132-room Hyatt Place hotel will be located between the Jared Galleria of Jewelry store and Century Summit Sierra movie theater.
